And what did I do about it?
I got out of bed, downed my morning protein and berries, then went right back out to do another training session.
It was all about shoulders and back today, and I pushed so hard I hit my CNS (Central Nervous System) again.
That kind of rush feels so amazing!
It's hard to explain if you've never experienced it before.
Considering I could barely walk up and down a flight of stairs today I won't be doing any running of any kind.
Whew!!!
I'll hit the pavement again tomorrow and take a day off from the weights...thank goodness!
Only 16 more sleeps before I have to wake up and tackle the Amherstburg Run For Heroes half marathon!
Times waits for no one!
